Site role
Radiator Leak Water Damage Team markets water damage cleanup related to boiler, radiator, and heating pipe leaks. The website may refer a caller to an independent water damage service provider.
The website itself does not perform restoration, heating repair, or plumbing work. The service provider determines its own scope and terms.
Service providers
Independent providers are responsible for their own work, personnel, equipment, and customer agreements. A heating technician addresses the heating equipment fault separately from water cleanup.
Service scope, timing, and charges depend on the actual property conditions and the provider handling the work.
No warranty
Website information describes common cleanup practices and does not promise a specific result. The site does not warrant a provider’s work or a particular drying outcome.
A property assessment and written terms from the provider control the work performed.
Insurance
An insurer decides coverage under the policy and facts of the loss. A restoration provider may document damage, but does not decide whether a claim is paid.
Homeowners should speak with their own insurer about coverage, duties after a loss, and claim documentation.
Contact
For questions about the website or a water damage need, call (888) 471-9821.
The number is a national contact number, not a claim that the website operates a local office.
